Together with you, we develop the right solution for your application and coordinate the partners for the injection molding tool. We handle fabric selection as well as manufacturer selection, and source filter fabric and filter sleeves. We produce cuts using laser technology and create connections through ultrasonic welding. Once samples are approved, we start series production and deliver reliably – with thorough quality control after every shot.

Injection-molded filters are used across a wide range of industries. Our core applications include battery filters, filters for dialysis machines, and filters for coolant loops in CDUs (Coolant Distribution Units) used in liquid-cooled AI data centers.
